Welcome to the website for the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists!  This site includes all the information you need to make plans to attend this year’s meeting.  Please feel free to print and make copies of any items as necessary.

 

The 110^th Annual Session of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists meeting June 5-6, 2024, at First Free Will Baptist Church of Henderson.  Travel information and directions to the hotel can be found here.

 

Board meetings will begin on Wednesday afternoon June 5, and the formal opening of the Annual Session will begin with the Wednesday evening worship service.  Our keynote and conference speakers will be members of the Mission Board of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists.  The meeting schedule for the Annual Session has been posted for worship services and business meetings.  You can get directions to the church on the Directions page. 

 

Lodging at this year’s State Meeting will be at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson-Traffic Star.  Make your reservations online or by calling the hotel directly before May 15 to take advantage of the reduced rate.

 

As in years past, we will make pre-registration available to all attendees.  You may register online or you may register using one of the “snail mail” registration forms and mailing it or e-mailing it to the State Office.  All pre-registration must be completed by May 15 in order to have your information compiled prior to the meeting.  Onsite registration will also be available, but you are encouraged to pre-register if you know that you will attend.  Pre-registration helps us to keep records more efficiently, and pre-registered attendees will have a pre-made nametag and a welcome gift at the registration table. 

 

If your church has had any directory changes since last year’s State Meeting, please include that in your church’s reporting form so that we can update the directory for the 2024 Yearbook.
