The default for our group rate is arrival on Tuesday (June 7) and departure on Friday (June 9). If your arrival/departure dates are different, you can specify that when you call the hotel. After May 7, the block of rooms will be dropped. The rate may still be honored if there are rooms available.

Reservations for the rate of $109 need to be made by May 6, similar to the terms at LaQuinta. You can make reservations at Crowne Plaza using their website, linked below. At the link below, the default dates will show you checking in on June 6 and checking out on June 8. If you want to change those dates, just click the date and make the desired change.
