Welcome to the website for the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists!  This site includes all of the information you need to make plans to attend this year’s meeting.  Please feel free to print and make copies of any items as necessary.

Pre-registration for the 2009 State Meeting has closed. If you will be attending the meeting and did not complete pre-registration in time, please make sure to register on-site. If you have any questions, please contact the State Office.

The 95^th Annual Session of the Texas State Association of Free Will Baptists will be meeting June 10-12, 2009, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Abilene, hosted by the Heritage Parks FWB Church.  Travel information and directions to the hotel can be found here.

 

Board meetings and youth competitive activities will begin on Wednesday morning June 10, and the formal opening of the Annual Session will begin with the Wednesday evening worship service.  Our keynote speaker will be Rev. William Smith, Executive Secretary of the Georgia State Association of FWB.  The tentative meeting schedule for the Annual Session has been posted for worship services and business meetings.  For an overview of all conference activities, please view our draft master schedule in PDF.

 

Lodging at this year’s State Meeting will be at the Hilton Garden Inn.

 

If your church has had any directory changes since last year’s State Meeting, please include that in your church’s reporting form (Microsoft Word format or Adobe pdf format) so that we can update the directory for the 2009 Yearbook.
